Christine Tuga took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Management Accounting at GenSantos Foundation College, Inc. Although she was an undergraduate, it did not stop her from becoming one of The Writer’s Block PH’s highly skilled, multitasking General Virtual Assistants.
Entering the VA world in 2013 with nothing but courage and determination, she has now developed the knowledge and skills needed to help business owners reach their full potential in the market by providing them with reliable assistance, alongside with other excellent employees of The Writer’s Block PH.
Some duties Christine has performed over the years include citation building, web research, social media management & content curation for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr, simple graphics creation using Canva, short video creation using Camtasia, and e-commerce management for various sales channels such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. She has also experienced handling customer queries/complaints and provided satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and the business owner.
Christine has also shown effective skills in logistics & inventory management and staff management for a few clients of team.
This woman strongly believes that dreams can come true if you put your heart into everything you do.
